As the Marketing Executive at Health4Moni, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that raise awareness, attract new customers, and promote our mission of providing affordable health insurance to the informal sector. Your role is key in driving our marketing efforts across multiple channels to grow the brand and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness, educate the audience, and drive sign-ups for Health4Moni’s health insurance packages. Identify key target markets, including the informal sector, families, individuals, and small businesses.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, radio, social media) to promote Health4Moni's services. Ensure campaigns align with the company’s goals and target audience.
  • Maintain and enhance the Health4Moni brand, ensuring messaging reflects key values such as affordability, accessibility, and health education. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Design and implement strategies to attract new users and drive sign-ups. Develop retention programs to keep existing customers engaged and ensure they continue using Health4Moni’s services.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Analyze feedback and market conditions to refine marketing approaches for better outcomes.
  • Create and manage educational and promotional content (blogs, newsletters, guides) tailored to resonate with Health4Moni’s audience. Oversee content production to ensure relevance and engagement.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external partners (hospitals, clinics, financial institutions) to expand reach and create co-branded campaigns. Negotiate collaborations to boost service visibility.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource use. Measure return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns. Optimize Health4Moni’s online presence to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Provide leadership to the marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with Health4Moni’s objectives.
  • Manage, monitor and handle the social media accounts across all platform.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, client acquisition, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and audience-centric content.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Financial Executive

Health4Moni seeks a talented and experienced Financial Executive to join or growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for all financial aspects of Health4Moni. You will manage the budget, prepare financial reports, and ensure that all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically. You will also play a pivotal role in the financial literacy arm of Health4Moni.

Responsibilities

  • Recording daily and weekly transactions of the company
  • Preparing various monthly reports to analyse business financial health, including sales reports, profit and loss statements, general ledger entries, etc.
  • Mediating tax filings remitting with concerned authorities and ensuring all monthly statutory payments like VAT, PAYEE, PENSION are remitted.
  • Providing auditors with all records, documents, and files about VAT returns, VAT settlements, and transactional data.
  • Managing the budget: this includes forecasting future income and expenses, creating budgets and balance sheets, and ensuring that spending is within budget limits.
  • Preparing financial reports: financial reports provide an overview of the company's financial status and performance. They are used to make critical business decisions, assess risk, and secure financing.
  • Conducting financial transactions: oversee all financial transactions, including issuing payments, collecting debts, and investing money.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws: ensure Health4Moni complies with all relevant economic rules and regulations in Nigeria and overseas. This includes ensuring that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Using accounting software: this is to keep an accurate record of all internal and external business financial transactions and perform financial audits wherever necessary.
  • Analytical excellence: exhibit excellent finance and analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Working closely with other departments in the business.
  • Expertise in financial literacy
  • Creates a comprehensive and easy to understand financial literacy curriculum for the unlearned and unbanked, low-income informal sector Nigerians.
  • Develops and implements strategies to support and foster financial literacy to target audience.
  • In-depth understanding of money management, savings and investment principles and opportunities (such as ETFs, stocks, bonds, mutual funds and alternative investments) to grow wealth and alleviate poverty
  • Prepares progress reports to document financial literacy program activities and performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Professional qualifications such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA.
  • Industry experience in corporate financial services at least 3-5 years working experience.
  • In-depth Financial Literacy expertise, very important
  • Ability to use accounting software.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Self-leadership: ability to take initiative, to work efficiently without external surpervision or micromanaging.

As the Graphics Designer at Health4Moni, you’ll play a crucial role in visually communicating our mission of providing affordable health insurance to the informal sector. You will work closely with the marketing team to design compelling visuals that engage, inform, and inspire our audience, ensuring all content aligns with our brand’s values and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging visual content (infographics, social media posts, banners) for digital, print, and social media marketing campaigns, aligned with Health4Moni’s goals.
  • Ensure all graphics adhere to Health4Moni’s brand guidelines, including fonts, color schemes, and overall style, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop designs that complement campaign strategies and enhance messaging for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Design clear and visually appealing infographics and charts that simplify complex health insurance information and key services offered by Health4Moni.
  • Develop promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and advertisements, for product launches, offers, and events to support marketing initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality visuals for social media platforms, including animations, illustrations, and videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create short video content and motion graphics to explain Health4Moni’s services, promote health tips, and share customer testimonials or success stories.
  • Keep up with the latest design trends and tools to ensure that Health4Moni’s visual content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive in the market.
  • Adapt and revise designs based on feedback from the marketing team, management, or focus groups to ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphics or a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity development and graphic design
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with UI/UX design principles are a plus.
  • A keen eye for detail, exceptional design sense, and the ability to translate complex brand messages into clear and compelling visuals.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for social impact and a strong desire to contribute to Health4Moni's mission of improving access to healthcare.
